What is included when purchasing a puppy?

Do you only sell your products and puppies locally?

Absolutely not. We offer shipping anywhere in the U.S.A for our Pet supplies and, have an option to hand deliver your new puppy in the U.S as well. Our puppies will never be shipped in a crate or as manifest air cargo. We will personally meet with you and hand deliver. 
 

Can I return the puppy if there are any health problems?

We really hope this will never be an issue when you purchase your puppy from us. All our puppies are tested for any congenital issues and will come with a veterinarian certified Health Certificate. Your puppy will also be Dewormed and receive their first set of vaccines. In the very, unusual event we missed a congenital health issue within the first 6 months of your purchase, we will issue a refund.

Other than the puppy, what else is included with my puppy purchase?

Your puppy will come with a Veterinarian Health Certificate, a full DNA report and an AKC registration form. We will also provide 5 days’ worth of puppy food so you may decide to wean your puppy off their current nutrition or stick with the one we provide.

Are deposits refundable?

Unfortunately, No. Once you have provided us with a deposit for a bulk order or for your puppy, these funds are used for material cost or your puppy’s Veterinarian fee’s. For these reasons, we are not able to refund your deposit.

Will my purchase come with a receipt/Bill of sale?

Always! All our clients are important to us. We want to earn your trust and be as transparent as possible.
 

Do you know who the puppy’s parents are?

Yes, we sure do. We practice best breeding practices always. We will always provide you with photos and the health history of both mom and dad.
 

Can we meet mom or dad?

We offer full transparency. If mom is not currently whelping her puppies and is 100% recovered from her delivery, yes you can. If your puppy was created with one of our Stud dad’s, you can meet him as well.
